Suitable to pulverize Ginger, Garlic, Onion under low temperatures.
Fitted with Stainless Steel Grinding head with suitably designed grinding head.
The unique feature of the machine is that the grinding head is water jacketed to facilitate low temperature of the grinding head while the grinding process. This ensures that the grinding of the product is done at below 50” C.
This ensures high quality of the material and avoids natural pungency/flavor/colour losses.
Fitted with 3mesh for different mesh Grinding option.
Uniquely designed crushing head.
Works on high RPM crushing principles @2800 RPM, thus ensuring high fibrous products are also evenly grinded.
