SUITABLE FOR EXTRACTION OF JUICE FROM VARIOUS FRUITS LIKE ORANGE/ LEMON/ PINEAPPLE/ APPLE/ GINGER/ AWLA: The machine incorporates latest spiral screw based design for juice extraction which ensures high yield juice recovery without making it bitter.
The machine works on a continuous extraction principle. The crushed hard fruits/peeled citrus fruits are fed from in feed hopper and the machine extracts the juice continuously while the residue is ejected from the end.
The sizes of the troughs of the spiral rod get smaller as the material goes more inward. The juice is then extracted to the storage container through the SS sieve.
The machine screw pressure can be duly adjusted depending upon the hardness of the fruit being fed.
This ensures that even juice from the citrus fruits can be extracted without breaking the seeds and there is no bittering of the juice extracted from oranges, bitter orange, peeled lemons etc.
The machine is easy to use and clean after use.
